1.Blocking of all relationships, including business transactions
FaithNetwork Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company”) shall not have any relationship with antisocial forces such as organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, quasi-constituents of organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, a corporate extortionist, social movement advocacy groups, political activity advocacy groups, special intelligence groups, etc. (hereinafter “antisocial forces”)
2.Organizational response and system development
The Company shall establish the following system to eliminate antisocial forces.
- Establishment of a department to deal with antisocial forces
- Establishment of a system for collecting and managing information on antisocial forces
- Collaboration with external specialized agencies
- Formulation of instruction manual on elimination of antisocial forces
- Introduction of antisocial force exclusion clause
- Establishment of other systems necessary to eliminate antisocial forces
