Disclosure of information based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act will be made through the Electronic Disclosure for Investors’ Network (EDINET) provided by the Financial Services Agency.Information subject to disclosure under the Timely Disclosure Rules will be made through the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.In order to ensure fairness, information disclosed by the Company will be posted on the Company’s website.
3. Prevention of Insider Trading
The Company has established internal rules for information management and insider trading prevention to prevent insider trading. In addition, the Company conducts periodic training sessions for directors and employees.
4. Quiet Period
In order to prevent leaks of financial information and ensure the fairness of information disclosure, we will refrain from IR activities during the period from the day following the settlement date to the announcement date of financial results as a “quiet period”.
During this period, we will refrain from commenting on or responding to inquiries regarding financial results. However, if there is a possibility of a significant deviation from the business forecast during the quiet period, we will disclose information as appropriate in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
